Meet Carey

With more than 20 years in real estate, Carey Moen brings strategy and strong relationships to her clients in both Dallas and the Vail Valley. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Real Estate Finance, she built her career in commercial real estate at CBRE, SRS Real Estate Partners, Retail Union Partners, and DuWest Realty, specializing in leasing, tenant representation, and strategic expansion.

Now focused on residential sales and leasing, Carey pairs that foundation in market analysis, negotiation, and deal strategy with a highly personalized approach to buying and selling. Affiliated with Allie Beth Allman & Associates in Dallas and Ron Byrne & Associates in the Vail Valley, she offers a dual market perspective for clients seeking a primary residence, a mountain retreat, or both.

A licensed broker in Texas and Colorado and a member of the Vail Board of REALTORS®, Carey is deeply involved in her communities. She chaired the 2023 gala for the Aging Mind Foundation, serves on the board of New Friends New Life Circle of Friends, and is active in the parent associations at Preston Hollow Elementary School and Good Shepherd Episcopal School. Carey lives in Dallas with her husband, Todd, and their two children, Elaine and Pierce, and spends much of the year in Colorado, where the mountain lifestyle and the Vail Valley community keep drawing her back.
